It appears, the writ petitioner has made an application requesting for temporary revocation of the closure order, which is challenged here. This application has been received by the A.P. Pollution Control Board and no decision has yet been taken on this application.
Under the circumstances, we do not wish to pass any order in this writ petition except directing the A.P. Pollution Control Board to consider the application made by the petitioner for temporary revocation of the closure order, which is impugned herein. It shall be done after taking all lawful measures and after giving an opportunity of hearing to the writ petitioner. Such exercise must be completed within a period of four weeks from the date of communication of this order.
The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. Consequently, the miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall also stand closed. No order as to costs.
