…Respondents This Writ Petition is filed under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India praying to quash the impugned tender notification dated 27.11.2018 issued by R-2, copy of which is marked as Annexure-A and etc., This Writ Petition coming on for Orders, this day, the Court made the following:-
ORDER None for the petitioner.
2. Taking into account the order which this Court proposes to pass, it is not necessary to issue notice to the respondents.
3. In this petition, the petitioner inter alia has prayed for quashing the impugned tender notification dated 27.11.2018 issued by respondent No.2 at Annexure-A.
4. The writ petition is pending before this Court since 2018, in which no interim order has been passed. By now, the proceedings in pursuance of the impugned tender notification must have been concluded. Therefore, I deem it appropriate to dispose of this writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to take recourse to remedy which is provided to it under Section 16 of the Karnataka Transparency in Public Procurement Act, 1999, in case, the grievance of the petitioner still subsists. Ordered accordingly.
Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of.
