Heard learned AGP Mr.Banaji for the applicants.
It has been the consistent practice of this Court not to enter into the merits of those appeals wherein the claim in appeal is petty, and claims upto Rs.1,00,000/- have been quantified by this Court as petty claims. Since the amount involved in these appeals is less than Rs.1,00,000/-, the delay caused in filing the appeals is not condoned and the applications are dismissed and accordingly these appeals are dismissed without entering into the merits of the matters. It is made clear that this order will not be treated as precedent. Decree be drawn accordingly.
