1. Heard Mr.Harmish K. Shah, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.Anip Gandhi, learned counsel for the Objector and Mr.M.Iqbal M.Shaikh, learned counsel for the Regional Director.
2. Mr.Harmish K. Shah, learned counsel for the petitioner tenders a communication addressed by the Chairman of the Company wherein it is expressed that the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition. A copy of the said communication along with a photocopy of resolution passed by the Company are taken on record.
Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.
4. Considering the fact that the petition is withdrawn at the initial stage, the petitioner shall bear costs, which is quantified at Rs.3,500/-. The cheque shall be in the name of Mr.M.Iqbal M.Shaikh, learned Central Government Counsel.
