The present civil applications have been filed for condonation of delay caused in filing the First Appeals under Section 5 of the Limitation Act on the grounds stated in the application.

Learned counsel, Mr.Saiyed appearing for respondents has fairly stated that he has no objection.

Therefore, in view of the above statement, the present civil application deserves to be allowed.

The delay is condoned. The application stands disposed of as allowed. Rule is made absolute.

First Appeals are ordered to be placed for hearing on 9th May, 2012.
