The present civil applications have been filed for condonation of delay caused in filing the First Appeal under sec. 5 of the Limitation Act on the grounds stated in the application inter alia procedural delay in getting necessary approval after completing the formalities/procedure.
Heard learned AGP Mr.Dave for the applicants and learned counsel, Mr.M.M. Saiyed for the respondents.
In the circumstances, sufficient cause is made out for condonation of the delay. It is well settled that the Hon'ble Apex Court has laid down the guidelines with regard to the pragmatic approach in such matters of condonation of delay. Therefore, the present civil applications deserve to be allowed.
The delay is condoned. The applications stand disposed of as allowed. Rule is made absolute.
