1.00. Mr.Japan Dave, learned advocate has made a statement at the bar that he has instruction to appear on behalf of one Ketan Tirodkar, who is wanted by Central Bureau of Investigation ("CBI" for short) - investigating agency and against whom Summonses are issued by the CBI - investigating agency.
2.00. Mr.Japan Dave, learned advocate has also stated at the bar that his aforesaid client has not absconded and he was always ready and willing to cooperate the CBI - investigating agency. He has also stated at the bar that he has telephonic talk with said Ketan Tirodkar and under the telephonic instruction he has stated at the bar that his client - Ketan Tirodkar shall remain present before this Court tomorrow i.e. 5/7/2012 at 2.30 PM, so that from here he can be brought by the investigating officer to the office of the CBI pursuant to the Summonses issued by the CBI to the said Ketan Tirodkar, as earlier his client had tried to contact the investigating officer Mr.Rathi (which is disputed by Mr.Ravani, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the CBI - investigating officer), but his client could not contact the investigating officer.
3.00. Be that it may. Without entering into the aforesaid and the aspect as to whether Ketan Tirodkar has avoided to appear before the CBI - investigating officer or not, just to check the bonafide of Ketan Tirodkar, at the request of Mr.Dave, learned advocate, as aforesaid, S.O. 5/7/2012 at 2.30 PM. Let the aforesaid Ketan Tirodkar appear before this Court on 5/7/2012 at 2.30 PM as stated by Mr.Japan Dave, learned advocate who has stated to have telephonic talk with said Ketan Tirodkar, so that he can appear before the investigating officer Mr.Rathi for further investigation.
