JUDGMENT / ORDER

The present application has been filed by the appellants-State under Rule 22 Rule (4) of the Civil Procedure Code for bringing the heirs of the respondent no.1 (original claimants) on record, who has expired on 26.12.2005 leaving behind the legal representatives as stated in the cause title of this application.
Though served, no one has appeared. However, they would be interested in the outcome of the litigation and, therefore, it is necessary and desirable to bring them on record.
Accordingly, the present application stands allowed in terms of Para No.6B permitting the applicants to bring on record the heirs of the deceased, opponent no.1, who are shown as opponent nos.1/1 to 1/2. Learned AGP is directed to carry out the amount in the cause title of main First Appeal as well as Civil Application. Rule is made absolute.
