Special vs Punjaji

High Court Of Gujarat|22 June, 2012

JUDGMENT / ORDER

It has been the consistent practice of this Court not to enter into the merits of those appeal wherein the claim is petty, and claims upto Rs. 1,00,000/- have been quantified by this Court as petty claims. Since the amount involved in this appeal is less than Rs.1,00,000/-, these appeals arising out of LRC Nos.17 and 18 of 1998 of the Court of learned Principal Senior Civil Judge, Gandhinagar, are dismissed without entering into the merits of the matters. It is made clear that this order will not be treated as precedent. Decree be drawn accordingly. As this Court is not inclined to entertain the appeals, Civil Applications for condonation do not survive and are disposed of. Rule is discharged.
