(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE C L SONI) By this application, the applicants have prayed to direct the office to amend the title clause of civil application for delay, civil application for stay as also the first appeal by substituting opponent Nos. 1/1 to 1/3 in place of original respondents on the ground that the respondents have filed civil application for brining opponent Nos. 1/1 to 1/3 being heirs of the original respondents on record of the above mentioned civil application as also the first appeal. Learned advocate, Mr. Patel for the opponent No. 1/1 to 1/3-heirs of Patel Shambhibhai Keshavlal has appeared for heirs. We have heard learned advocate for the applicants as also learned advocate for the opponents. For the contents of the application, we allow this application and permit opponent Nos. 1/1 to 1/3 to be brought on record of the above said civil application as also the first appeal as heirs of the respondent. Accordingly, this application is allowed and the abatement if any is hereby substituted.
