JUDGMENT / ORDER

(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE JAYANT PATEL) Admit.
To be heard with First Appeal Nos. 722 of 2011 to 723 of 2011 and allied matters. As no stay application has been preferred by the State or the Special Land Acquisition Officer, it will be open to the claimants to move for execution of the judgment and the award of the Reference Court, unless any prohibitory stay is granted by the Competent forum.
