RULE.

The present application has been filed for earlier hearing of main matters.

Heard learned advocate Mr.Yatin Soni, learned AGP Mr.Ronak Raval as well as learned advocate Ms.K. J. Brahmbhatt.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and also the fact that earlier the matters were fixed for hearing at the end of February 2012, the matters are now fixed for hearing on 29th March 2012. The applications are allowed. Rule is made absolute.
