Learned AGP Mr.Devang Dave waives service of rule on behalf of the respondents.

The present application has been filed by the applicant for joining as party in main First Appeal (Stamp) No.335 of 2011 arising out of Land Reference Cases No.1417 to 1419 of 1992 on the grounds stated in the application inter alia that the applicant is the sister of deceased claimant and, therefore, the application may be allowed.
3. Heard learned advocate Mr.N. V. Gandhi for the applicant and learned AGP Mr.Devang Dave for the respondents.
4. In the facts and circumstances of the case, the present application is allowed. The prayer in terms of paragraph No.5(A) is granted. The applicant is permitted to be impleaded as party respondent in First Appeal (Stamp) No.335 of 2011. Learned advocate Mr.N. V. Gandhi for the applicant shall carry out necessary amendment. Rule is made absolute.
