These Appeals are directed against the judgment and award dated 30.9.2008 passed by the learned 5th Additional Senior Civil Judge, Bharuch in Land Acquisition Reference Case Nos.12 of 2005 and 22 of 2005.
It has been consistent practice of this Hon'ble Court not to enter into the merits of those Appeals, wherein the claims in Appeal are small and claims upto Rs.1,00,000/- have been quantified by this Court as petty claims. Since the amount involved in these Appeals are less than Rs.1,00,000/-, these Appeals are dismissed wtihout entering into merits of the matters. This order shall not be treated as precedent.
