JUDGMENT / ORDER

This application has been filed by the applicants, with a prayer to bring on record the heirs and legal representatives of deceased-opponent no.1.
Though Rule was served to the opponents, nobody is present.
Considering the averments made in the application, this application is allowed in terms of Para-6(B) of the application. Rule is made absolute to the aforesaid extent. The necessary amendment be carried out, forthwith.
