1. The applicants seek condonation of delay of 174 days occurred in filing the first appeal.
2. Learned advocate Mr.A.V. Prajapati appeared for the heirs of the original claimant.
3. Having heard learned advocate Mr.Prajapati and having gone through the contents of the application, we are satisfied that the applicants have made out sufficient cause which prevented the applicants from filing the first appeal within the prescribed time limit.
4. Accordingly, we are inclined to allow this application.
5. The application is allowed. Delay of 174 days occurred in filing the first appeal is hereby condoned.
