The present Civil Applications have been filed for condonation of delay days caused in filing the First Appeals under Section 5 of the Limitation Act on the grounds stated in the application inter alia the procedure delay in getting necessary approval and sanction.
Having heard learned AGP Mr.Banaji for the applicants and learned counsel, Mr.Sheth for the respondents and also considering the guidelines laid down by the Hon'ble Apex Court with regard to the approach in such matters including the judgment reported in (2005) 3 SCC 752, the present civil application deserves to be allowed.
The delay is condoned. The application stands disposed of as allowed. Rule is made absolute.
