The present Civil Application has been filed for bringing the legal heirs of the respondents on record under Order 22, Rule 4 of the Civil Procedure Code, which have been stated respondent nos.1/1 to 1/4.
In view of the facts and circumstances of the present case, the present Civil Application is required to be granted as the respondent nos.1/1 to 1/4 are the heirs of the original claimants, who are having interest in the claim.
Accordingly, the present Application stands allowed in terms of Para Nos.5b and 5c. The applicants are permitted to brought on record the heirs of the deceased-respondent by amending the cause title of Civil Application No.10714 of 2010 in First Appeal (Stamp) No.227 of 2010. Rule is made absolute.
