(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE AKIL KURESHI) This application has been filed by the Special Land Acquisition Officer and the Executive Engineer, Irrigation Department, seeking to bring on record heirs of deceased-opponent No.1, Bhulabhai. From the record we noticed that opponent No.1, Bhulabhai expired before filing of the appeal. His date of death, as per death certificate, is 17.12.2011.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, heirs of the deceased-opponent No.1 are permitted to be brought on record of the civil application as well as first appeal. Civil Application is disposed of accordingly.
