Learned AGP, Mr.P.P.Banaji for the applicants/appellants has submitted that Civil Application Nos.1389 of 2012 to 1391 of 2012, Civil Application No.1393 of 2012, Civil Application No.1395 of 2012 and Civil Application No.1396 of 2012 are filed to condone the delay caused in respective First Appeals involving amount less than Rs.1,00,000/- .
Having heard learned AGP, Mr.P.P.Banaji for the applicants/appellants and also considering the smallness of amount i.e. less than Rs.1,00,000/- involved in these appeals, these appeals are dismissed in limine without entering into the merits of the matter. It is made clear that this order will not be treated as precedent. Decree be drawn accordingly.
As this Court is not inclined to entertain the appeals, Civil Application Nos.1389 of 2012 to 1391 of 2012, Civil Application No.1393 of 2012, Civil Application No.1395 of 2012 and Civil Application No.1396 of 2012 for condonation of delay are not entertained and are hereby dismissed. Rule discharged.
As far as Civil Application Nos.1392 of 2012 and 1394 of 2012 are concerned, they stand adjourned to 11-7-2012.
