Leave to amend the cause title.
First Appeal No.1856 of 2010 along with allied matters are filed by the State Government, through its concerned officer against the award passed in Land Acquisition Reference Nos.755 to 761 of 2006. The respondents of the said first appeals i.e. original claimants have filed cross objections along with delay condonation application, which are the applications on hand.
Rule.
Learned AGP Mr.P.P.Banaji waives service of notice of rule for the Special Land Acquisition Officer as well as Executive Engineer.
Considering the averments made in the applications, these applications are allowed. Delay in filing the cross objections is condoned. Rule is made absolute in each of the application.
