Subsequently, when the matters were listed on 22.02.2017, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. In order to afford an opportunity to the petitioner, once again it was adjourned. Today, when the matters were taken up for hearing, once again there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.
2. In the light of the above, all the matters are dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
