Rajiv Gandhi Petroleum Institute of Technology Bangalore (By Sri Dildar Shirolli, HCGP) *** … Respondents This Writ Petition is filed under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India, praying to direct R1 to 6 to pay enhanced compensation of Rs. 5.00 Crores per acre for having acquired the land bearing Sy No. 127 measuring to an extent of 2 acres & bearing Sy No. 127 measuring to an extent of 2 acres, situated at Kambalipura Village, Sullebeli Hobli, Hoskote Taluk Bangalore Rural District as per the present prevailing market value and direct R6 to provide employment to the children of petitioner i.e., Sangeetha, aged about 20 & Monika aged about 17 years, in the R6 Company, immediately after the children of petitioner having completed their education.
This petition coming on for Orders this day, the Court made the following:
ORDER This writ petition is of the year 2016. On 24.07.2014 two weeks time was granted for compliance of office objections. Since there was no compliance, again the matter came to be listed on 06.10.2017 on payment of cost of Rs.500/- payable to Prime Minister’s National Relief Fund and two weeks’ time was granted for compliance.
2. Note made by the Registry would disclose that neither cost has been paid nor office objections have been complied with. Even today, also there is no representation on behalf of petitioner. Hence, petition stands dismissed for default and non-prosecution.
