These appeals are preferred against the judgment and award dated 26.3.2009 passed by the learned Principal Senior Civil Judge, Bharuch in Land Acquisition Reference Nos.398 to 411 of 2001. Another group of appeals being First Appeal No.139 of 2012 to 153 of 2012 which were arising out of the land reference cases for the lands acquired of the village Adwala, Taluka Amod, District Bharuch are dismissed by this Court ( Coram:Rajesh H Shukla, J ) on 14.2.2012. The lands acquired in the present case are of the same village which are acquired under the same notification.

In view of the above, these appeals are dismissed.
