ORDER IN CIVIL APPLICATIONS :
Rule.
Learned advocate Mr. Saiyed waives service of Rule on behalf of the respondents. On condition that the applicants shall deposit the entire amount awarded by the Reference Court with proportionate costs, interest and statutory benefits with the Reference Court within a period of six weeks from today, there shall be stay against the execution and operation of the impugned award as per prayer made in para 5(b) of the applications.
Upon said deposit, the Reference Court shall invest 50% thereof in any nationalized bank initially for a period of five years in cumulative FDR. Such investment shall be renewed from time to time till final disposal of the Appeals. Fixed Deposit Receipts shall be retained by the Registry of the trial Court and it shall be kept unencumbered. Remaining 50% amount shall be released in favour of the claimants through A/c. Payee Cheque after proper verification. Rule is made absolute accordingly.
