JUDGMENT / ORDER

Learned counsel Mr.Agrawal submitted that the petitioner having filed a revision application in this Court from the order rejecting his discharge application and this petition having been filed as an independent remedy, it would be advisable that the outcome of the revision application is awaited for some time. According to the statement of Mr.Agrawal, the revision application is likely to be heard on 13.9.2002. Hence, S.O. to 16.9.2002.
