2.This Court has issued Rule on 15/6/2001 make it returnable on 29/6/2001. The office has filed a note before this Court to the effect that the adocate for the petitioner has not supplied the copy of the petition to the otherside and, therefore, the matter has placed before this Court. In light of this note, submitted by the Office, issue fresh notice of rule returnable on 13/8/2001. Rest of the respondents are required to be served.
