JUDGMENT / ORDER

Rule.
2.Interim stay against the operation of the order on condition that the petitioner deposits an amount of Rs.1,01,298/- within a period of two months from today. If the petitioner deposits the amount, the payment shall be subject to the further outcome of this proceedings, and if the amount is not deposited within the time limit as indicated earlier, the authority shall be at liberty to proceed in accordance with law for recover the full amount.
