Mr.Soni for the petitioner submits that to show the bonafides on the part of the petitioner, the petitioner is ready to deposit the amount of Rs.5,00,000/= (Rupees five lacs only) and he is ready to clear the dues of the Bank within a period of six months if the opportunity is given to the petitioner to bring the buyer and to sell the property, may be by intimating the Bank by way of private negotiation. He submitted that the amount of Rs.5,00,000/= would be deposited on or before Monday, 23-6-2003 with the Bank.
In view of the aforesaid, notice returnable on 30-6-2003. There shall be stay against the finalization of the offer by the Bank pursuant to the advertisement Annexure "C" on condition that the petitioner deposits the amount of Rs.5,00,000/= on or before 23-6-2003. If the petitioner fails to deposit the said amount, the interim protection shall automatically stand vacated. Direct service by tomorrow.
