#. There is a note for speaking to minutes. Mr.Pathak states that the last paragraph of the order dated 11/7/2001 passed in Special Civil Application No.5179 of 2001 is required to be deleted.
#. In the facts and circumstances of the case, therefore, in the original order dated 11/7/2001 the last paragraph i.e. "It is clarified that if the Government takes a stand that the Department is not an `Industry', then, in that case, it will be open for the petitioner to approach this Court again by filing appropriate proceeding." should be treated to have been deleted from the original order dated 11/7/2001 and the original order may be accordingly corrected in this line.
#. So far as Special Civil Application No.11957 of 2000 is concerned, the following paragraph may be added as the last para in the original order dated 11/7/2001.
"It is clarified that if the Government takes a stand that the Department is not an `Industry', then, in that case, it will be open for the petitioner to approach this Court again by filing appropriate proceeding."
The original order dated 11/7/2001 in this matter may be corrected accordingly.
#. Speaking to minutes stands disposed of accordingly.
