The deductions that shall be effected in pursuance of the impugned order shall be subject to result of the petition. If, ultimately, the petitioner succeeds, the entire deducted amount shall be repaid within a period of thirty days from the date of decision. So far as the retirement dues are concerned, the respondents are directed to make payment of the same within a period of three months from the date of receipt of writ of this order, if no other enquiry is pending against the petitioner.
