In the meantime, the petitionercollege shall complete the process of fillingup of the seats of Management Quota by the evening of 18.09.2012. If, after the completion of the aforesaid process, any seats are available in the Management Quota, then the respondents are at liberty to take appropriate action in pursuance of the impugned Notice. However, such admission/s if any, shall be subject to the final outcome in the petition. It is made clear that if any seats falls vacant in future, it shall be open to the petitionercollege/s to raise claim by way of appropriate application.
