Respondent no.3Chief Officer shall deposit the amount of Gratuity of Rs.63,244/, as referred to in prayerclause (A) of the petition, with the Registry of this Court within a period of two months from today. On such deposit being made, Registry shall invest the amount in FDR with any nationalized bank, initially, for a period of one year, which shall be renewed from time to time, without any orders in that regard from this Court. Interest accruing on such FDR shall be accumulated. The maturity amount shall be disbursed in favour of the party who succeeds in the proceedings.
