Notice to the respondents returnable on 10.4.2002.
After the matter was argued for some time, it has been submitted that the impugned order has also been challenged by filing a revision application under the provisions of sec. 155 of the Gujarat Co-operative Societies Act before the State of Gujarat. It has been submitted that the revision application is pending or it is not decided because of pendency of this petition in this court. It is hereby clarified that this court has not restrained the State of Gujarat from, proceeding further with the revision application. It is hoped that the revision application shall be decided as soon as possible.
A copy of this order to be also served upon the Addl. Registrar (Appeal), Co-operative Societies, Gujarat State.
Direct service is permitted.
