JUDGMENT / ORDER

Learned advocate for respondent No.1 Mr. Paresh Upadhyay places on record a communication addressed by Nazir of City Civil Court, Ahmedabad to the Registrar of City Civil Court on 29.1.2002 denoting that petitioner No.1 is suffering from paralysis and not doing any activities while petitioner No.2 was occupying space in Ahmedabad Rural District Court compound, but after the earthquake, on shifting of the said Court to Old High Court Building, on inquiry, it was found that the petitioner No.2 was not found in the Old High Court Building. This communication also mentions complete address of both the petitioners. At the request of the learned advocate Mr. Upadhyay, a copy of this communication is taken on record. According to Mr. Upadhyay, the matter now has become infructuous and there is nothing on record to denote that after 30.6.1989 licence for vending stamps at City Civil Court compound was renewed in favour of the petitioners.
Learned Advocate Mr. Manoj Shrimali on behalf of learned Advocate Mr. Girish Patel for the petitioners seeks time for taking instructions from the clients. The address of the petitioners are given in the above said communication. The petitioners are directed to submit on record that whether after June 1989 their stamp vending licence are renewed for vending stamps at the City Civil Court.
Learned Advocate Mr. Upadhyay undertakes to give a xerox copy of the above communication dated 29.1.2002 to the learned advocate for the petitioners. Adjourned.
