Ld. counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner would like to make a representation to the General Manager, Western Railway, Mumbai for redressal of the grievances which are ventilated in this petition, and seeks permission to this Court to withdraw this petition. Permission granted. Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. Notice is discharged.
If any such representation us made to the General Manager, Western Railway, the authority is directed to dispose of the representation within a period of two months from the date of receipt of the representation. This Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case and it will be open for the authority to decide the representation in accordance with law.
