JUDGMENT / ORDER

Heard Mr.Shalin N.Mehta, learned Senior Advocate with Mr.Hemang M.Shah, learned advocate for the petitioner.
Issue Rule and Notice as to interim relief, returnable on 08.10.2012.
By way of ad­interim relief, it is directed that the implementation, operation and execution of the impugned Award dated 16.05.2012, passed by the Industrial Tribunal in Reference (LCA) No.23 of 2010, shall remain stayed, till then.
In addition to the normal mode of service, Direct Service is also permitted.
