By order dated 16th September 1996, Jetpur Dyeing and Printing Association was directed to place on record certain data. However, incomplete data were placed on record.
Mr.R.D.Raval,learned Advocate for Jetpur Dyeing and Printing Association submits that complete data as per order dated 16th September 1996 will be placed on record latest by 4th October 1996.
The Association is also directed to produce more detailed data about 50 top units including the data regarding their turn over for past three years; their capacity of production per day; number of Units; quantity of water consumed per day; quantity of effluent generated; place/s where dying and printing processes are taking place and also the details regarding their related units. They shall also furnish the details about their electricity consumption month-wise.
The Association shall also produce a definite time bound schedule and chart as to by which date the pollution will be under control. It is stated that it will be within one year from to-day. A detailed chart showing the stage-wise month-wise programme as well generation of finance to be shown in such chart.
