In the meantime, the interim relief is modified to the extent that the respondents will be at liberty to proceed against the petitioners under the provisions of the Prevention of Food Adulteration Act. Rest of the interim relief is to continue till then.
It is submitted that the Special Civil Application No. 627 of 2000 is already disposed. Therefore, the same may not be notified for hearing hereinafter.
