Rule. Mr Mangukiya, learned counsel for the petitioner makes a grievance that although the petitioner has repaid the loan disbursed by the GSFC, the petitioner's original documents are not being returned to it on the ground of pendency of this petition. In support thereof, he produced a copy of the letter dated 20.7.2001 from the GSFC to the petitioner.

2.In view of the above letter, it is directed that in case the petitioner has repaid the entire loan amount to the GSFC, the GSFC shall not withhold the issuance of no due certificate or the original documents which are otherwise to be returned to the petitioner, on the ground of pendency of this petition.
