JUDGMENT / ORDER

1.Heard Ld. Advocates for the parties.
2.Mr. Jani appearing for the petitioner submitted that pursuant to the offer given to the petitioner by the respondent Corporation having under took all exercise, inspite that, the respondent Corporation is not releasing the supply of diesel.
3.On behalf of the respondent Corporation, it is submitted that, they are bound by the Government of India's instructions and it is contended that the Government of India, as per the circular dtd. 13.9.1996, has put a ban. Since the Government of India is not impleaded as party, at this stage Mr. Jani for the petitioner seeks permission to join the Government of India, Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas, New Delhi as party. Leave granted.
4.Rule returnable on last week of June 2002. Notice of rule was also be served to the Newly added respondent i.e Government of India, Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas, New Delhi in addition to the respondent Nos. 1 and 2.
