Mr. Trivedi, learned counsel for the GPCB, states that the GPCB will again visit the unit, Paraswanath Organics Pvt Ltd, and take samples under the Water Act as well as under the Air Act and shall produce analysis reports on January 7, 1997. He further states that the samples will be collected in two sets in accordance with the Rules. One set of samples shall be analyzed at the GPCB Laboratory and another set will be handed over to the ATIRA.
S.O. to January 7, 1997. In the meanwhile, the unit shall not clear any goods without prior permission of the court. The order of trial production is continued only upto January 7, 1997.
