JUDGMENT / ORDER

I have heard Mr. M.P.Prajapati, Ld.
counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner. I have also heard Ms. Monali Bhatt, ld. counsel for Mr. A.D. Oza, ld. counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent Gujarat Secondary Education Board. After going through the answer scripts, the Ld. counsel for the petitioner is satisfied about the re-assessment and there is change in the marks alloted to the petitioner. The Ld. counsel, therefore, submits that the petitioner has no further grievance, and accordingly he wants to withdraw the petition.
Accordingly, the petition is disposed of as withdrawn.Notice is discharged.
