JUDGMENT / ORDER

A.D.Oza, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Gujarat Secondary Education Board. The present application has been filed for scruting of exam papers in question. The papers have been scruting it is found that there is no change in the marks allotted by the Board to the candidate in question. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has been satisfied about the result of the scruting. The learned counsel, therefore, submits that the petitioner will not press this petition. Accordingly, the petition is disposed of as not pressed. Notice is discharged. No order as to costs.
