I have heard Mr. A.J. Shastri, Ld.
counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner. I have also heard Ms. Monali Bhatt, ld. counsel for Mr. A.D. Oza, ld. counsel appearing on behalf of the Gujarat Secondary Education Board. The present application has been filed for scrutiny of exam papers in question. The papers have been scrutinised and it appears that two marks have been increased in the paper "Sanskrit." Accordingly the respondent Board has conveyed the petitioner about the change of marks. In view of the statement made by the Ld. counsel for the respondent Board, the Ld. counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner will not press this petition.
Accordingly, the petition is disposed of as not pressed. Notice is discharged. No order as to costs.
