1.Heard Mrs. Vasavdatta Bhatt, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, Mr.A.D.Oza, learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondent nos. 1 to 3, and Mr.Girish Patel, learned Senior Advocate appearing for the respondent no.5.

2.After arguing the petition at a considerable length, the learned counsel of the petitioner prays that instant petition may be dismissed as withdrawn. The learned counsels appearing for the respondents do not oppose the prayer.

3.Thus, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Notice is discharged.
