1. In present application, applicant has prayed for below mentioned relief:
"5(B) YOUR LORDSHIPS may be pleased to issue appropriate directions upon the opponent-Company directing the opponent-Company to give sanction for having/utilizing electricity connection/power in adjoining Plot No.3611/3 from Plot No.3611/2, situated at GIDC, Ankleshwar, Dist.Bharuch without paying appears for outgoing consumer of DGVCL."
2. Heard learned advocate Mr.Kuntal Joshi for learned advocate Mr.S.P.Majmudar appearing for the applicant.
3. In view of the orders passed today in Civil Application No.6997 of 2012 and Special Civil Application No.21067 of 2006, present application does not survive. Accordingly the application stands disposed of as having become infructuous.
