(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) Learned counsel for the Corporation states that the impugned notice may be treated as withdrawn as, on verification, the stand of the authorities is that it is a poramboke land for which the Corporation is not the competent authority. As to whether there is violation or not, it is not for us to consider now.
2.Taking the aforesaid statement on record, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, M.P.Nos.1 to 3 of 2013 stand closed.
