1.After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the captioned petition with liberty to take recourse RAJIV SHAKDHER,J.
pri to appropriate remedy, in accordance with law.
2.This writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. Consequently, the connected pending application is closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
