JUDGMENT / ORDER

Learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submits that the order of this Court dated 17.04.2014 in W.P.(MD) No.8209 of 2009 has been complied with and produced copy of the proceedings of the respondent dated 03.11.2017 in Na.Ka.A.10/1801/2017 and dated 20.12.2016 in Na.Ka.La.4/21677/2014.
2.Learned counsel for the petitioner accepts the same and made an endorsement to that effect.
3.Recording the submissions and endorsement made, this Contempt Petition is closed. No costs.
